🛍️ 1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
🚚 2. Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already been dispatched:
- The order cannot be cancelled
- Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible returns or exchanges
⚠️ 3. Cancellation by Miss India
Miss India reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed promptly.

- Refunds for approved cancellations will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- The credited amount may take additional time depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider
