❌ Cancellation Policy – Miss India

At Miss India, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for women’s fashion, kurtis, sarees, cosmetics, and jewelry. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

🛍️ 1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

🚚 2. Orders Already Shipped

If the order has already been dispatched:

  • The order cannot be cancelled
  • Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible returns or exchanges

⚠️ 3. Cancellation by Miss India

Miss India reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed promptly.

  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • The credited amount may take additional time depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider
